University degree in computer science, banking or finance
At least 3 years of on-hands experience in customer requirements specification covering at least two of the areas: Core Banking, Front-End, Obligatory and Management Reporting, Payments Management, Internet/Mobile Banking
On-hands experience in legal changes tracking, analysis and identification of required system modifications to assure its alignment
Ability to analyse market trends for technology and functional solutions and recommend ways of implementing improvements to prioprietary solutions
Very good verbal and written English skills
Previous customer exposure
